The back has four major muscle groups that commonly hold tension: the erector spinae (running along the spine), the trapezius (upper back and neck), the rhomboids (between the shoulder blades) and the latissimus dorsi (mid-to-lower back). Our therapists are trained in the anatomy of all four.

We begin with Swedish effleurage strokes to warm the tissue, then move into deeper petrissage and trigger-point work on the specific areas of tension unique to each client. No two backs are the same.
