Discomfort peaks in the third trimester with back pain, swelling and sleeplessness. Bi-weekly or weekly sessions deliver maximum relief as you approach your due date. We adjust pressure and positioning for your growing belly.

Prenatal massage is generally recommended from the second trimester onwards (13 weeks+). The second and third trimesters are when pregnancy discomforts like back pain, swollen feet and poor sleep are most pronounced, making massage most beneficial. We do not offer massage during the first trimester as a precautionary measure.
At Raipur SPA we use a comfortable side-lying position with supportive pillows placed between the knees and under the belly for full support. This position is the safest for pregnancy as it avoids pressure on the abdomen and the vena cava vein. We never place pregnant clients face-down.
Prenatal massage at Raipur SPA starts at Rs. 999 for a 60-minute gentle session. Our 90-minute Complete Prenatal Therapy is Rs. 1,499, and the 120-minute Mama Glow Ritual (which includes scalp and face massage) is Rs. 1,999.
Most expecting mothers benefit from a prenatal massage once a month during the second trimester and once every two weeks during the third trimester as discomfort increases. In the final weeks before delivery, weekly sessions are often recommended. Always follow your doctor's guidance.
Yes. At Raipur SPA we use only pregnancy-safe carrier oils such as coconut oil and sweet almond oil for prenatal massage. We avoid essential oils that are contraindicated during pregnancy. You can request an unscented session if you have fragrance sensitivity.
We strongly recommend consulting your OB/GYN before booking, especially if you have a high-risk pregnancy, placenta previa, pre-eclampsia or any pregnancy complications. While a formal note is not mandatory for routine low-risk pregnancies, your doctor's clearance gives us both the confidence to proceed safely.
