Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

At Raipur SPA, we understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our guests, we request the following:

  • Advance Notice: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 6 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to offer the slot to other guests.
  • How to Cancel: Call us at +91 7987 303 127, message us on WhatsApp, or notify the front desk directly.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment may result in restrictions on future online bookings. Walk-in availability will still be honoured.
  • Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your session at no extra charge if done within the 6-hour window. Same-day rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.

2. No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. If you are unable to make it to your appointment:

  • Your booking slot will be released after 30 minutes of your scheduled time.
  • Frequent no-shows (3 or more within 60 days) may result in temporary restrictions on advance bookings.
  • If you are running late, please call ahead — we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Prepaid Sessions: If you have prepaid for a session and cancel within the 6-hour window, you will receive a full credit towards a future booking. Cash refunds are not provided for prepaid sessions.
  • Memberships: All membership plans (Silver, Gold, Diamond) are non-refundable and non-transferable once activated.
  • Validity: Unused visits within a membership plan expire at the end of the membership period and cannot be carried forward.
  • Gift Cards & Vouchers: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for the period mentioned on the card and can be used for any spa service.
  • Package Deals: Discounted package bookings are non-refundable once any session in the package has been used.

4. Service Satisfaction

Your comfort is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your spa experience:

  • Please inform the front desk during or immediately after your session so we can address it right away.
  • We may offer a complimentary re-do or adjustment at our discretion.
  • Once a service has been fully completed and you have left the premises, refunds cannot be processed for that session.
  • Feedback is always welcome — it helps us improve. Share your experience at info@raipurspa.com.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of medical emergencies, natural events, or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution.
