Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fairness to our therapists and other clients, we request the following:

  • Advance Notice: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 6 hours in advance.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a restriction on future bookings.

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice ("No-Show"), the following rules apply:

  • Your booking slot will be released after 30 minutes of delay.
  • Frequent no-shows (more than 3 times) may result in your account being blacklisted from making future online appointments.

3. Refund Policy (Memberships & Packages)

Since most of our individual services are "Pay at Venue", refunds are generally not applicable. However, for prepaid Memberships and Packages:

  • Membership Fees: Once purchased, memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Validity: Unused visits expire after the membership validity period (e.g., 3 months or 1 year) and cannot be carried forward or refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards or vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Service Satisfaction

We strive to provide the best experience. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please report it to the front desk immediately during or right after the session. We will do our best to resolve the issue, but completed services are non-refundable.
